I can help in many ways.  Firstly with managing your organisation's everyday administration duties, including emails, telephone calls, membership management, and social media posts.

I also offer support for your governance team which includes being an independent board member or supporting your current board or committee by completing secretarial services e.g. agendas, minute-taking, and board pack creation.

I offer a flat rate for all help.  It is discounted for set hours each month or I can provide a tailored package depending on the needs of your organisation.

For all packages, an invoice is generated and payment is required in advance.

For all ad-hoc clients invoices are generated after work is completed and are payable within seven days.  Currently I only offer payment by direct banking into my bank account.

A time sheet is made available to all clients (on ad-hoc or package basis).  I am open and honest with the work I do for you.

I cannot guarantee that your funding application will be 100% successful.  The outcome of each application is determined entirely by the relevant funding committee..

If a funding application I submit is "unsuccessful due to insufficient funds" then I guarantee to resubmit a new application to the same funder, for the same purpose, in the next funding round free of charge.  The next funding round must be within two months of submitting the original application.  I only provide one-resubmission per application.
